You will need:

- 300-500 ml water

Preparation method I. Pour boiling water over the herbs, cover and simmer for 3-5 minutes – the longer you keep it, the more the flavour and good qualities of the cannabis will come out. Add 20-40ml of your favourite milk to your cannabis tea cup and enjoy the smoothness of cannabis tea.
Preparation method II. Place the herbs in a saucepan and cover with water. When the water comes to the boil, cook for 10-15 minutes. This cooking time will bring out the best qualities of the cannabis in the cannabis flowers. At the end of cooking, add 20-40ml of your favourite milk. Percolate. Tea ready to enjoy!
