Privacy Policy

I. General provisions

1. This privacy policy governs online shop (Seller) and
customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) the basic principles and procedures for the collection, processing and storage of personal data.

2. The collection, processing and storage of the Buyer’s personal data shall be governed by this Privacy Policy, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.

3. The Seller is guided by the following basic principles for the processing of personal data:

3.1. Personal data is collected for specified and legitimate purposes;
3.2. Personal data is processed accurately and fairly.
3.3. The processing of personal data is lawful, i.e. y. only in cases where:

3.3.1. the data subject gives consent, i.e. y. agrees to comply with the E-Commerce Rules;
3.3.2. the conclusion or performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party;
3.3.3. is obliged to process personal data in accordance with the law;
3.3.4. the processing of the personal data is necessary for the legitimate interest pursued by or by the third party to whom the personal data are submitted, and where the interests of the data subject are not overriding.

3.4. Personal data is updated regularly.
3.5. Personal data shall be kept for no longer than the stated purposes of processing require.
3.6. Personal data is processed only by those employees who have the right to do so.
3.7. All information about the personal data processed is confidential.
3.8. The processing of personal data shall be notified to the State Data Protection Inspectorate in accordance with the established procedures.

4. Use email. can use the shop’s services:

4.1. all able-bodied natural persons aged 18 or over;
4.2. minors aged between 15 and 18 – only with the consent of their parents, adoptive parents or guardians, except in cases of self-directed use of their earnings or scholarship;
4.3. legal persons;

The personal data of the Customer (name, surname, address, telephone number, email address and other information provided in the registration form of the e-shop) are collected and processed in accordance with Art.1.1 of the Privacy Policy 2018. 25 May the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which has entered into force. 5.1. to process the Buyer’s orders for goods;
5.2. issue financial documents;
5.3. resolve problems with the delivery or presentation of goods;
5.4. fulfil other contractual obligations.

6. Registration
You must provide complete and correct personal data at the time of registration.

7. Managing and storing the Buyer’s personal data,
shall implement organisational and technical measures to ensure the protection of personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, as well as against any other unlawful processing.

II. Transfer of personal data to third parties

9. The Seller reserves the right to pass on information to third parties:

9.2. only in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

III. Changing or updating personal data

10. The Buyer has the right to change and/or update the information provided in the registration form.

IV. Transmission of information or claims

11. If you have authorised the processing of your personal data, you have the right to request that your personal data be amended or that the processing be stopped, except for the storage of data processed in breach of law.

12. The Seller, upon receipt of the Buyer’s request regarding the processing of personal data, shall provide the Buyer with a response no later than within 30 calendar days from the date of the Buyer’s request. Only requests concerning the processing of personal data that are submitted in writing by email will be considered.

VI. Changing the Privacy Policy

13. The Seller has the right to amend the Privacy Policy in part or in full by notifying the Seller by e-mail. in the shop.

14. Amendments or changes to the Privacy Policy shall take effect from the date of their publication, i.e. i.e. from the date on which they are published in the email. in the shop system.
