I. General provisions

1. This privacy policy governs www.maguspace.com online shop (Seller) and
www.maguspace.com
customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) the basic principles and procedures for the collection, processing and storage of personal data.

2. The collection, processing and storage of the Buyer’s personal data shall be governed by this Privacy Policy, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.

3. The Seller is guided by the following basic principles for the processing of personal data:

3.2. Personal data is processed accurately and fairly.
3.3. The processing of personal data is lawful, i.e. y. only in cases where:

3.3.1. the data subject gives consent, i.e. y. agrees to comply with the E-Commerce Rules;
3.3.2. the conclusion or performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party;
3.3.3. www.maguspace.com is obliged to process personal data in accordance with the law;
3.3.4. the processing of the personal data is necessary for the legitimate interest pursued by www.maguspace.com or by the third party to whom the personal data are submitted, and where the interests of the data subject are not overriding.

3.4. Personal data is updated regularly.
3.5. Personal data shall be kept for no longer than the stated purposes of processing require.
3.6. Personal data is processed only by those employees who have the right to do so.
3.7. All information about the personal data processed is confidential.
3.8. The processing of personal data shall be notified to the State Data Protection Inspectorate in accordance with the established procedures.

The personal data of the Customer (name, surname, address, telephone number, email address and other information provided in the registration form of the e-shop) are collected and processed in accordance with Art.1.1 of the Privacy Policy 2018. 25 May the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which has entered into force. The data is collected and processed to:

5.2. issue financial documents;
5.3. resolve problems with the delivery or presentation of goods;
5.4. fulfil other contractual obligations.

III. Changing or updating personal data

10. The Buyer has the right to change and/or update the information provided in the registration form.

IV. Transmission of information or claims

The Seller, upon receipt of the Buyer’s request regarding the processing of personal data, shall provide the Buyer with a response no later than within 30 calendar days from the date of the Buyer’s request. VI. Changing the Privacy Policy

13. The Seller has the right to amend the Privacy Policy in part or in full by notifying the Seller by e-mail. in the shop.

14. Amendments or changes to the Privacy Policy shall take effect from the date of their publication, i.e. i.e. from the date on which they are published in the email. in the shop system.
