Privacy Policy

I. General provisions

1. This privacy policy governs the online shop (Seller) and the basic principles and procedures for the collection, processing and storage of personal data of the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer").

2. The collection, processing and storage of the Buyer's personal data shall be governed by this Privacy Policy, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.

3. The Seller is guided by the following basic principles for the processing of personal data:

3.1 Personal data is collected for specified and legitimate purposes;
3.2 Personal data shall be processed accurately and fairly.
3.3 Processing of personal data is lawful, i.e. only in cases where:

3.3.1. the data subject gives consent, i.e. agrees to comply with the E-Commerce Rules;
3.3.2. the conclusion or performance of a contract where one of the parties is the data subject;
3.3.3. is obliged to process personal data in accordance with the law;
3.3.4. the processing of the personal data is necessary for the legitimate interest pursued by or by the third party to whom the personal data are provided and where the interests of the data subject are not overriding.

3.4 Personal data is kept up to date.
3.5 Personal data shall be kept for no longer than the stated purposes of processing.
3.6 Personal data shall only be processed by those employees who have the right to do so.
3.7 All information about personal data processed is confidential.
3.8. The processing of personal data shall be notified to the State Data Protection Inspectorate in accordance with the established procedures.

4. You can use the e-shop to:

4.1. all able-bodied natural persons aged at least 18 years;
4.2. minors aged between 15 and 18 - only with the consent of their parents, adoptive parents or guardians, except in the case of self-disposal of their earnings or scholarship;
4.3. legal persons;
4.4. authorised representatives of all of the above.II. Collection, processing, storage of personal data

5. Respect the right to privacy of each Buyer. The Buyer's personal data (name, surname, address, telephone number, email address and other information provided in the e-shop registration form) is collected and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which entered into force on 25 May 2018. The data is collected and processed in order to:

5.1. we are able to process orders for the Buyer's goods;
5.2. issue financial documents;
5.3. resolve problems related to the delivery of goods;
5.4. fulfil other contractual obligations.

6. Registration You must provide complete and correct personal data at the time of the application.

7. Managing and storing the Buyer's personal data, implement organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure or any other unlawful processing.

8. may use data not directly related to the Buyer's person for statistical purposes, i.e. data on the goods purchased. Such statistical data will be collected and processed in such a way as to prevent the disclosure of the Customer's identity or other personally identifiable information.

II. Transfer of personal data to third countries

9. The Seller reserves the right to pass on information to third parties:

9.1. solely for the purposes set out in paragraph 5.3 of this document;
9.2. only in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

III. Changing or updating personal data

10. The Buyer has the right to change and/or update the information provided in the registration form.

IV. Communication of information or claims

11. If you have authorised the processing of your personal data, you have the right to request that your personal data be amended or to suspend the processing of your personal data, with the exception of the storage of data processed in breach of the law.

12. The Seller, upon receipt of the Buyer's request regarding the processing of personal data, shall provide the Buyer with a response no later than within 30 calendar days from the date of the Buyer's request. Only requests concerning the processing of personal data which are submitted in writing by e-mail shall be considered

VI. Changes to the Privacy Policy

13. The Seller has the right to amend the Privacy Policy in part or in full by notifying the e-shop.

14. Amendments or changes to the Privacy Policy shall come into force from the date of their publication, i.e. from the date on which they are published on the e-shop system.
