CBD is cannabidiol, one of the many cannabinoids found in hemp. It is one of the most important constituents of hemp, accounting for about 40% of the plant extract. CBD has a sedative effect and can balance sleep, pain, emotional and immune system activities. CBD can help restore and maintain physical and psychological balance in everyday life.

According to a 2018 report by the World Health Organisation (WHO), CBD can help treat:

  • Epilepsy;
  • Lennox-Gastaut syndrome (LGS);
  • Dravet syndrome (DS);
  • Perinatal asphyxia;
  • neonatal hypoxic-ischaemic encephalopathy.

However, cannabidiol (CBD) is not included in the list of medicines.

If you have never used CBD products before, we suggest you start with the weakest 3-5% CBD oil. This will help you discover and make sure the product is really right for you.

Once you are convinced of the suitability of the product and have found the best daily dose, you will be able to choose stronger CBD products.

We recommend that you consult your doctor about taking CBD oil and follow his/her exact recommendations.

We recommend that you consult your doctor about taking CBD oil and follow his/her exact recommendations.

All bottles come with pipettes to help you always use the exact dose that is right for you.

General recomendations. The recommended daily dose of CBD is 20-40mg, up to a maximum of 200mg per day. The number of drops depends on the strength of your chosen product (see table below).

The daily dose can be divided and used 2-4 times a day to spread the duration of action. Apply a dose of CBD drops to any desired area of the body (protect your eyes).

The daily dose also depends on:

  • Your body weight;
  • Your current wellbeing;
  • The result you want.

Therefore, we recommend starting with the lowest recommended daily dose and gradually increasing it by 5mg/day, while monitoring your well-being, until you achieve the best result.

If you experience a headache or other unpleasant sensation after taking the lowest recommended dose, reduce the daily dose.

If you want to stop using CBD oil, we suggest you don't do it suddenly, but gradually reduce the daily dose.

For best results, we recommend:

  • Shake before use.
  • Always apply evenly, daily. Consistency is the path to success!
  • Do not touch the dropper with your hands or mouth, hold the pipette. This will preserve the highest quality oil!
  • Store in a dark, cool place.

The World Health Organisation (WHO) noted in a 2018 report that CBD does not cause effects of abuse or dependence. Clinical studies have shown that even high doses of CBD do not cause THC-like symptoms (e.g. impaired cognitive and psychomotor skills, increased heart rate, tachycardia, dry mouth).

We recommend that you consult your doctor about taking CBD oil and follow his/her exact recommendations.

We do not recommend the discretionary use of CBD for children, women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

We recommend that you consult your doctor about taking CBD oil and follow his/her exact recommendations.

We do not recommend the discretionary use of CBD with antidepressants.

According to a 2018 report by the World Health Organisation (WHO), CBD use has been found to be well tolerated and safe, but a few rare adverse symptoms have been reported:

  • Drowsiness;
  • Reduced appetite;
  • Diarrhoea;
  • General fatigue.

Hemp seed oil is an oil cold-pressed from hemp seeds and has long been recognised for its usefulness as a food and beauty ingredient.

CBD oil is hemp seed oil supplemented with CBD extract, which is found naturally in the hemp plant.

The main difference between hemp seed oil and CBD oil is cannabidiol (CBD), which is not present in hemp seed oil.

Full spectrum CBD - is a hemp product containing all the cannabinoids, terpenes and flavonoids naturally found in hemp. However, the THC content of the full-spectrum CBD cannabinoid THC does not exceed the 0,2% level required by Lithuanian law.

Broad spectrum CBD - CBD is the CBD found in hemp with other cannabinoids except THC, terpenes and flavonoids. However, this does not mean that the product is the same as full-spectrum CBD from which the THC cannabinoid has been removed. Broad spectrum CBD may be a mixture of CBD isolate with at least one of the active ingredients of hemp, depending on the manufacturer.

CBD isolate - pure CBD in the form of CBD without other hemp compounds. It is usually a crystalline solid that can be dissolved in vegetable oil by the manufacturer.

The main difference between full-spectrum, broad-spectrum and isolate forms of CBD is the 'environmental effect', which has shown that the CBD cannabinoid's efficacy is stronger when combined with all the cannabinoids, terpenes and flavonoids naturally present in the hemp fibre.

Cannabinoids (CBs) are natural compounds found in hemp (Cannabis sativa). Of the many different compounds found in the plant, over 100 are called cannabinoids.

The most well-known of these compounds is THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), which is the main psychoactive ingredient in cannabis.

Two other important cannabinoids are cannabidiol (CBD), which is another important component, accounting for about 40% of the plant extract, and cannabigerol (CBG), which is only found in hemp but only accounts for about 1%, but acts as a precursor to CBD and THC.

Extraction is the method used to separate and purify cannabis compounds. There are several methods of extraction:

  • Alcohol extraction. This method uses alcohol, usually ethanol, as a solvent and then removes the alcohol by evaporation. One of the disadvantages of this method is the polarity of solvents such as ethanol, which tends to mix with water and dissolve water-soluble molecules such as cholophilus. It is therefore important to remove the cholophile from the extract as it creates an undesirable bitter taste.
  • CO2 extraction. In this method, the compounds in the cannabis plant are separated using carbon dioxide. It is one of the more expensive methods, but it produces more extract and less loss of beneficial substances. In addition, this method allows the extraction of specific compounds by changing the indicators. It is also very cost-effective.
  • Extraction of butane or propane. In this case, butane or propane is used as solvent. Due to the mild flammability of butane, this method requires special precautions. It must also be ensured that butane and propane are completely removed from the resulting extract, as butane is highly toxic to humans. This method requires additional sampling for the analysis of butane and propane residues.

CBG - cannabigerol, another of the more than 100 known cannabinoids. It is only found in low concentrations (<1%) in fibre hemp. It is a precursor of CBD and THC, making efforts to extract CBG from hemp complex and costly.

In Vitro is the first group to clinically test the benefits of CBG on the skin. CBG was found to regulate more genes than CBD. CBG has also been found to have greater anti-inflammatory efficacy than CBD. CBG can help soothe inflammation, sunburn, acne, slow down ageing and protect, strengthen the skin's barrier against environmental aggressors, and reduce redness. If you have never used CBG products before, we suggest starting with the weakest 5% CBG oil. This will help you to find and control the right daily dose for your best well-being, and to make sure the product is really right for you.

Once you are convinced of the suitability of the product and have found the best daily dose, you will be able to choose stronger CBG products.

We recommend that you consult your doctor about the use of CBG oil and follow the exact recommendations made by your doctor.

Shake before use.

When using CBG oil for the first time, we suggest starting with the lowest possible dose, e.g. 5mg per day, and gradually increasing it as you feel better, even if you have used CBD oil before.

Factors such as age, metabolism, weight, potency and the type of CBG oil used can affect the result.

Both CBD and CBG are not addictive or psychoactive.

The main difference between CBG and CBD is that CBG can provide energy, relaxation and well-being, while CBD can help those who want to calm down, relieve stress, relax and unwind after a hard day, and sleep well.
